If not mistaken this is the last weekend before Bear Island shuts down to ORV vehicle for the season and a few of us are planning to go sunday but where evaluating if there would be too much water. Has anyone been there lately that could comment on the conditions?

Some guys for Everglades Jeeps & 4x4s Club are out there all day today (Saturday) Maybe they can get on later when they get home and let you know how it was. Mr Sig is running the ride you may want to pm him to find out first hand.

Just got off the phone with the group in Bear Island. They said it's pretty much dry out there. "Yellow trail is 80% dry, Red trail almost dryed up"
You should have a good time. Me & Tommy were going to go but we've been

for 2 days .

Thanx for all the info and if there is anyone that will be there tomorrow and wants to join us let me know... So far we have four Jeeps (three JK's unlimited and one TJ) but two of them still have to get there permits. Does anyone know if the Oasis Center will be open on sunday morning to process certificates?

Just got off the phone with Hunter. It's not all dryed up , there are still areas that are at headlight deep ( JK on 35'' ) . soft bottom in some areas muddy in others. But still dryer then last run which I think was in January.
