I was going to do a write up on all of this with pics but this person seems to have been very detailed with an abundance source of info. 
Below is what I'm after but I'm afraid I might have to sell one of my other Kidneys when I find one.

There are literally thousands of them out there waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately, the folks that got them at auction after they were de-mil'd all cut tailgates into them. Idiots!
