I made a home made swing out for a standerd 2002 wrangler bumper... but the bumper is not strong enough to suport the 32" BFG. tire... what do I do.. get a better bumper. If needed I will send some of my pics.

Yea, post some pics, what kind of metal did you use for the bumper? what are the specs? How is the swing out mounted?

This is the back side of the rack and where the L chan. would fit the pic. down below.
This is a s/s 2x2 tube to help support the rack from going in a outwerd way, also a lock pin to hold it into position.
There is a bolt stainless steel that acts as the swivel point and bronz upper and lower bushings that slide inside the bolt and then the s/s locking nut.
Notice the rack is heavy. Due to the weight of the tire and the weakness of the bumper!!
This is a rear brake light (LED).
