I saw this one at Miracle mile in Coral Gables at the kick off for the Miami Carnivale. Jeep was there with a few Jeeps. This one was made for Fender guitars. The image may not so clear, because I took it using my cell. Click on pic for a better view. Hey am new at this stuff.

That Jeep was at CampJeep last year. It's pretty but not something that I would like to drive.

If it is indeed a Ford GPW is is a 42 through 45. Ford quit building them when the military contracts dried up thus the reason that Willys ended up "owning" the name jeep and the Ford designed grill.
BTW--All WWII jeeps lean in relation to their axles. The front driver side has an extra leaf, and if properly restored, will have a stenciled "L" on it to indicate that it belongs on the left side.
Check out the Military Vehicle Preservation Association and especially the First Florida Chapter of same. Our southern division meets at the Tower shops all the time. 'Almost makes me wish I lived down there. The regional coordinator has four quonset huts on his property. One has at least three of every model military jeep built, most in fantasic condition. One of his Ford GPW's is in Gloss Navy Gray and is documented (Very RARE) as being from the USS Prarie. He had three M151's there still in their motor pool paint jobs from Viet-Nam and a couple of Mules as well. The things I was most interested in (at least the last time we held our statewide meeting at his place) were the five (yes 5!) Mighty Mites that he had AND the M677 (a diesel powered version of the Forward Control truck (or Jeep FC-170) built for the Marines.
