Now, did I read correctly, you have a Warn 8274 in the rear as well. Got to post a picture of this.

we all have 3 winches .
front , rear and middle/top
on both the JK and rubi i have front and rear gigglepin winches , they have extra gearing that will go +50% faster than the stock warn 8274 .
they also have twin motor 12 v , the Jeeps have extra 24 v alternator and we put 24 v on the 12 v motors , even faster and unstopeble .
in the middle i use the stock warn 8274 on 12 v .

in the middle is a warm m8000 and like axel says ...the most here have 3 winches 12 motors working on 24V
