Well, a 2" lift only required "local" anestesia
But a 4" was "general" anestesia with a spinal tap and surgically removing my wallet.

I'm getting a second opinion.

:idiot: and more to drink.

[TRUE STORY]
About wallets:
When I was in high school I asked my dad for some money one day and he said to get his wallet out of some pants that were worn the day before and lying in his bedroom...I came back with it and he jumped up and said just a minute...he went to retrieve the pants and pulled a SECOND wallet out....my mom was in the room and she said "what is that?". All those years my dad had been keeping TWO wallets...one he showed mom when he wanted to show her he had very little money and one with lots of money in it. I had ruined his cover!
Turns out that was his way of saving money...he only went into that wallet when money was really needed. [/TRUE STORY]

I harass him about that all the time.
