304 Spark Plugs?

What are the BEST plug to run in a 304?

I need new ones & want to change to a different plug.

P.S. I'm runn w/ a MSD ignition.

Rollbar,

Nice ignition you are running. Don't have any experience with the 304 but I've always had excellent results with running run of the mill good quality standard spark plugs. I don't purchase the platinums, etc as I know a few people that have had problems with them.

Btw, I have a Omni Magnum for sale that I never used, completely seal and waterproof if you know of anyone that is interested. Omni Ignition

:cool: I have a 304 in my c;j and aslo have the MSD ignition. If I remember correctly I am running champion spark plugs that are gapped at .055 or .060 with no problems. I love the MSD. :idiot:
1978 Jeep CJ7 4.0HO w/ Headmann Headers, MSD ignition, front dana 30 with Warn axle shafts, Warn premium locking hubs, custom drive shafts front and rear, NP 435 Transmission (6.69 to 1 first), dana 300 transfercase, model 20 rear differential with superior axles, Ox lockers front and rear, 4.10 gears, Currie twin stick, Warn premium front locking hubs, BDS 4" spring under suspension, Rancho RS 5000 shocks, revolver front shackles, warn XD9000I winch, 35" General Grabber M/T, Rubicon Express hand throttle and sway bar disconnects, dual optima batteries(red and yellow top) w/incab switch, and a on board hot water shower.

hey out of curiousity...how does the msd ignition improve the 304?...does it help for everyday driving or just off road?....

Personally, it helps me in every day driving due to the fact that it helps keep the plugs from fouling.

Offroad, well when your at a low idle in some places it helps to keep the spark up there for a quicker response to the gas pedal.

It aslo helps burn the gas better in the cylinders.

I wouldn't go back w/ anything else.
