New tools to replace old tools

I don't know if you have noticed but Sears has stopped making some of the tools they used too. I broke a 12 MM flex socket and they no longer make them Sears would give me my money back but I need it for my set. What other tool brand do you think would be a good replacement for my Craftsman's tools. Keep in mind working on cars is a hobby so don't tell me Snapon I cant afford to buy them I'm thinking more like SK or something like that.
