Well, many of you have been around 'The Mistress' I traded her out to my brother a year ago, as he was taking her to Colorado. She has been sitting in my shop ever since.never made the trip. He has decided to sell the jeep. :2thumbdown: This is the one Jeep that has never let me down!
1977 CJ7 with an AMC 401 and TH400 mated to a D300 with twin sticks. It's almost impossible to go over everything on this Jeep. The engine was professionally built, balanced and blue printed, gasket matched intake, custom Howell fuel injection. Dual red top batteries, custom cage tied into the frame, rock sliders, Linex tub, overhead console with JVC head unit, over head speaker boxes, Tuffy locking center console, custom alum radiator with electric fans, super thiry front end with Detroit locker, woody drive shafts, BTF AMC 20 rear end with mossier costom one piece axles and Detroit locker. stainless brake lines, 4way harnesses front and rear, dry box, fire extinguishers, custom dual exhaust, ne Alcan springs with matched Bilstien shocks, MORE boomerang shackles, shackle reversal. 13.50x15x 35" pit bull Mad Dog tires(5). Warn front and rear bumpers with rear spare. Like new 1981 vintage(with AMC jeep logo) 8472 winch with am steel synthetic winch line. I have used the Jeep, but not abused her. I've been to River Rock with her twice and Windrock with her twice. I didn't take her to places like Atomic ridge or Rattle rock, just moderate fun trails with the kids. I just replaced the Bushwacker fender flares and the Alcan custom springs. I wish I could buy the Jeep back and if he doesn't get any decent offers, I still just might do it. Everywhere it goes it turns heads. So if you are an old style jeepr looking for a solid ride, with a real Jeep dash, give me a call. (863)990-1751. The trailer is a 1969 M416 military trailer painted to match the Jeep. I installed Humvee tail lights and rock lights on it and linexed the tub. My Brother is asking 20k for the pair. I can tell you I spent a whole lot more than that building it. Make a reasonable offer and he will consider it. Have a great Day,
J. Brown :2thumup:

Few changes since pictures include: New Alcan Springs, New Bilstien Shocks, Speaker bar incorporated into the cage, Overhead console with head unit and CB radio. The 401 is rolling out 400+HP and over 425lbs torque. I wish I would have installed this engine in my Scrambler. The Jeep has been garage kept it's entire life. I also have a set of 77' hard doors for it. I gave the hard top away, as I only put it on for one winter, so it was just in my way. The snaps are all in place for a soft top. Please give me a call if you have any questions.
Thanks for looking,
J. Brown
