I have been building up the xj slowly and finally got around to the sye. I purchased the hack n tap kit from iron rock offroad (http://ironrockoffro...tegory_Code=XDT) as well as thier steering (http://www.ironrocko...tegory_Code=XST) which I have been very happy with on and off the road. I am running a stock steering stabilizer and no death wobble. I also am currently running rustys 9.5" coils with 2" spacers on top.

Heres the sye install:

Started by cutting the output shaft with an angle grinder while it was spinning in reverse. The cut actually came out great



Then I drilled a pilot hole, main hole, then tapped it



bolted on yoke with some red threadlocker and the refurb stock front ds



coil spacer install and steering
