99 TJ air bag light is on and horn does not work so I pulled
the airbag\horn cover off in the process everything is unpluged
I dont know if I did it or if it was like that. There is a plug
with 2 wires which looks like it plugs into the center of the airbag
and 1 single wire which I think is for the horn. But after reading some post about
airbag kind of leary about pluging it back in. Is it safe to reconect these wires.

so you are replacing the clockspring? disconnect the battery and you will be fine... touch the pos battery cable to the body(ground) NOT THE NEG POST! this will clear codes... and you are working with an inactive system... still handle with care... there are a couple write ups on jeepforum
