I need advice on which CB to buy. Wally world had a small one for like $30. I recently stopped by my local pawn shop and the had a couple Cobra 29 LTD's for around $90. I am completely dumb when it comes to these. :sos:

Have had both the Cobra 75wx and the Midland. When the Cobra took a dump after many years I decided to place the Midland in service which was a hand held take it with you when out of the vehicle as well as connecting to the Jeep with antenna.

Here is an old topic I wrote way back describing the 2 models.
CB Radios

Now, after a while I started to have reception with the Midland (from another using the same Midland unit, not other CB units), also noticed that the speaker was not as clear as the cobra. So now I'm going back to the Cobra. The only thing I did not like about the Cobra 75 is that the side volume and squelch knobs are easily touched and moved, I have to adjust frequently. The Midland has them on top. You can see pictures on the old topic link I posted.

This seems like a good deal. CB - Antenna & Cable. You need to buy the mount.
