I searched and found a few ideas that were real expensive.

Is there another route I can take to get this done that won't break the bank.

CJ D-44

Thanks,
Jim

P.S. Cadillac had some that would fit but I can't remember the items needed/year.

I did an old school conversion on my 14 bolt FF using 76-78 'Eldorado' rear brake calipers, with front rotors from a Chevy 4x4 (8 lug). The brackets are available on line for the 14 bolt disc brake conversion, the cut in the bracket for the axle tube may be a bit off for the 44 tube diameter... :give5: 15" rims fit easily.

Thank you, good ideas but looking for the right swap so I can just buy the parts etc. Don't really have the time to hunt for stuff but don't NEED to do it right now but would like to as in the future I want to build a small travel trailer/camper to tow behind the 8.

Thanks again,
Jim

I'll keep searching
