Jeep Parts at Parts.com

Hi Folks, while trying to help some folks find a parts source for another project I had posted up here I stumbled onto www.parts.com

This is an incredible place! It is set up as a Market Place putting Buyers (you and I) and OEM Part Sellers together. This site is available for most major auto makes and models.

The Jeep site is at this address:

http://www.parts.com/index.cfm?action=find...Store&makeid=17

When you go there you will see a list of dealers who will sell and ship you OEM parts. Click on one of them, then you can either find the part you are looking for via year/make/model and then a pull down menu.

or,

If you have it, key in the Jeep OEM Part Number.

If you are looking for an OEM Jeep part, check out all these dealers. Their prices can and do vary greatly!

For example:

I just did a quick search for a Fuel Pump assembly for my 97 TJ with 19 gallon tank. The prices where all over the place, with the high price being the $235 LIST and the low price being $164. ((that's 30% off list!)

Anyway I thought I would put this post up, perhaps some will find it useful.

Frank

Frank,

Good info. :2thumup: I'll be asking the administrator to move this thread to the Jeep Aftermarket so the info does not get lost within the ranks, being readably accessible.
