2. Please state why you use it.
3. Please state the pro's or con's of that browser.
4. Please tell us if you have/had to down load problems or problems using that browser.

2. I use it due to the ease of it (after you get use to it), and, the page listing of 12 sites on the opening page for selection of your personal web page.
3. Pro's easy of use, can turn off auto password fill in/remembering them.
4. Con's, filling in a auto fill and clicking on the highlighted blue area, sometimes it will not post the listed word/site in the menu box.
5. No problems on down loads or updates which are frequent. Apple seems to be on top of things with this browser.
P.S. I talked to Peach about her trying (on the XP PC) Google Chrome but I need more info on it.

Firefox does have some really nice add-ons though.
The link you gave on post 3 is pretty good info, most of the features that they are talking about you will find on most updated browsers though.

Reason is too many years using Microsoft IE browsers.
I have tested all of them (Safari, FireFox, Chrome, Opera, etc....) just because of my job.
I use Google Chrome at times but will always fall back to IE since I have found at time incompatibilities with all other browsers.
There is something about FireFox that I just cannot get used to and do not like. Maybe the interface.

1. Firefox, Chrome
2. Ff has tons of addons and many customizeable options and schemes. Chrome has a new growing addon community and goes where firefox cant.
3. Firefox pro very fast lots of addons, some websites not coded to use this application. Chrome back up to firefox can run on any persons site and is quite fast and stable compared to IE.

Question, if one were to switch back to RE And one has QuickTime on their PC from Apple/Safari, how would one play a quicktime or a video in IE since it has been a year since I used IE
I play them in QuickTime, but what will work for RE

You need to ask the RE Developer who will be building your Browser that question
As far as IE it will use the browser plug-in for that and it is not there it will prompt you to download it

I just opened IE and tried to play the video I just viewed and it wouldn't do it (class I'm taking etc)but I did have it opened in Safari/QuickTime.
Now I try to open in QuickTime and it won't play, just tries to download the link and then sits there/shows the "Q".
Are their blockers to turn off etc.?
Thanks Mr. RE tech advisor

What ever came w/WIN7, IE8 I think.
I just repaired QTime but have to go so I will check it later.
Maybe it might be my wireless to the office. I still haven't gotten that resolved.
I'm going to go home for lunch and try it on the LTop (same link) and if it opens then I know.
It has happened before but I'm tired of it.
The CATV ran a new line from the road to the office (one didn't exist) and told me if I get another modem for 30 bucks a month I would be hard wired. They did the install for free which was cool being it is a church building etc./commercial in their eyes. They said if I do get the modem then they would put it on the house account and not charge me 80 bucks a month for the commercial rate seeing I am the only one here 8am-1pm during the day.

Select All Add-ons from the "Show:" drop-down box and see if Apple Inc QuickTime Object is listed and if it is enabled

I think the primary benefits of these two browsers are add-ons and security. Ad-blockers and software developer tools (ie: firebug) are available for both of these choices.

I use IE8 and there is a free Ad-Blocker called "Simple Ad Block", works great even on yahoo which is hard to hide, you can even bypass.
