As most of you have noticed by now the Private Messaging system has been revised quite a bit which are now called Conversations.
Some have asked on further clarification.
You will notice that Conversations are now in similarity like a topic and easier to follow rather than have multiple "quotes" in one single message.
There is another feature that was not there before in that you can invite other members to take place in the same conversation rather than multiple copies going back and forth. When you write a message to one person you have two options, "invite" and "copy". If you "invite" you allow the others (max 5) to join in the private conversation. If you use "copy" only the person getting the message will be able to respond while the other only receive a copy and can not join the conversation. Keep in mind that members only get a copy once, they do not get copies of responses unless they are copy to again.
Please do not ask us to retrieve or get a copy of messages, we do not have any access to private messaging as they are your own. If there is a problem that you want us to see or trouble shoot we will have to reset your password, log in as you, see or fix the problem, you will then have to reset your password once again so that no one can have access.
Those of you who are Premium Members having a 200 message box will be able to archive and save information that you can refer to at a later date.
Hope this explains the new messaging system.

A few members have asked if there is a way to tell how many have been invited to a Private conversation or who got copied to. Very simple, when you are reading the Conversation look to the top left. All members will be listed along with additional information.

Some members have asked:
I'm getting 2 separate conversations (PMs) regarding the same topic or issue from other members rather than just be part of the same Conversation?
That is because the person that is sending you the message does not know it is a conversation and it's creating another one just to answer your reply or add information to their prior reply.
To those who have done this. All you need to do is reply within the active conversation and not create a separate one just to reply. If you wish to add to the reply (prior to the other person's reply) all you have to do is visit the same conversation and add another reply, no need to start a new one.
Think of Conversations (PMs) as your own little private topic with many postings. This feature keeps all your private information in one place rather than to have scattered messages.
If anyone needs clarification let us know and we will try to help.
