West Coast 75 north -- Exit 158 East--( Truckers Grade ) Take first right. If you zoom in you will see a blue roof building, just south of there in the small clearing is where we'll be. ( atless we were there last time.)

What time are you heading out, Jorge? Jack and I are going to roll out of West Miami sometime around 1:00 pm (ish) on Friday...

That offer goes out to anyone else who might want to tag along for the ride over...but I'll warn you now (for those that have never travelled with me), it will likely take me 4 or 5 'pee pee stops' to make the 2 1/2 hr ride...

Well, I was hoping to head out in the morning. But if you know where you're going, I'll wait. PM me with your thoughts and I'll call you.

BTW, is 2 1/2 hours right? I was thinking it would take a lot longer.

One other thing...Miles requests we get some firewood somewhere. he told me if each of us get a small bundle from the local Publix we should have enough for a good bonfire which would last awhile. He requests oak or pine.

I say we try to procure enough for 2 nights...Fri & Sat. I'll try to round up some hardwood and can bring a chain saw (for the peanut gallery, it has a new blade on it :tongue1: )

-dave

PS - hey Jorge, google says exactly 3 hours from my place (coral way & palmetto). we're bringing Elvis on the trailer so i can't go too fast or it sets off the alarm (in the passenger seat :rof: ). factor in a few more just to be safe and we'll call it 3 1/2. I can go anytime...the hold up (per usual) is CrackerJack...

well looks like i'm out yet again. :rof::banghead1::tongue1: and it's not even a Jeep-related issue keeping me here. i've got a gig in hallandale with the band on dec 11. if it falls through i'll be there, but i wouldn't count on it.
someone had better take a lot of pictures (video would be great too).

I'd rather trailer at 55 mph rather than drive the heep the whole way, but such is life. My drive shaft is set to arrive today, but wouldn't you know it...my friggin' AC went out last night

My son and I won't be able to make it. Girlfriend decided Dec. 11 was a good day to have a Christmas Party that I was tricked into committing to. My Jeep usually wins those conflicts of interest and my being divorced and single is ample proof of that sentiment. I'm trying to change that 'permanently single' into 'semi' so the Christmas Party I must attend although if she doesn't learn how to fasten a five point harness soon the single life will be all mine again. Everyone have a fun, safe trip with minimal vehicle destruction.
