Dino,
Please post those pics. I have two 12 foot recreational kayaks, but never thought I could carry both. Just the one. (On their side maybe?)

 I remember in my highschool days I drove from West Paln Beach to Marathon Key with a Canoe on the rollbar of my Samurai and a JetSkii on the trailer.
It was a great lobster mini season trip

I'll post pics in a little bit, but I drove from NC to Miami with a kayak on top of my heep. Bought two foam blocks from a sporting good store that are made just for putting a kayak on the roof. Only problem I found was the front straps would vibrate in the wind and bang into my grill..

We carry two Ocean kayaks 1- 12' and 1-13' flat on top of our 2006 LJ hardtop without any issues whatsoever. I installed a light bar to the front area by the winshield bracket and then i installed a flat bar mount on the rear of the hardtop.
The front bar has the "V" shape holders and the rear bar has the "rollers". The wife can load either kayak by herself with the "rollers".
I have a couple pics...send me your email and i'll send them to you if you want.
