From the first Jeep to almost the last.

Go HERE for main page.

Go HERE for Jeep album.

Enjoy

P.S. I haven't had the chance to update the text for each Jeep but the placard has the info for each Jeep. The Jeep following the placard/information sign is the one described.

Bet U never seen a Jeep like this. Only 500 and only proto types. Only three they know of and two have been restored.

Hey Rollbar, nice report and nice pics on your album :1thumb:

Not sure what purpose that single tire had up front. :2thumup:

The single tire was a proto type for the Army, they never adopted it. seems it would get stuck by the front tire in the mud and wouldn't go any where.

does anyone have any contact info for this place. There is a very good chance,(i think one in three) that that ford 4 wheel steer, was once owned by my father.

Saw one simular to this that had what looked like two skis instead of the wheel. Thought it was a homebuilt, but now I think not. Been a long time back, early to mid '70's when I was just outa the Navy.:obsessed:
