Is there a law against them in florida?

A friend of mine who owns a few businesses (one fabing) went to his insurance company and told him they wouldn't insure if he built bumpers/stingers. And, if someone got hurt he could be liable.

I think that this topic has come up before...... I don't recall the outcome though. I'm not aware of anything off hand but I'll check into it.
