3. All they make you do is remove it from the carying case and place it in a plastic bin by itself.

Not a problem as it was already mentioned. Bring the laptop, leave Vista at home. :rof:

or

Print your Vista topic on ChitChat and take it with you.

OK, one more question about the airport scanner/x-ray.

What about digital cameras? Will it effect the camera? Will it effect the card inside?

Cool, thanks Willy.

Do they make U take your shoes off and all that or is the hype lessened some?

Leaving Friday morning & hopefully will be in the air by 10:30am. Got the confirm from the purchaser & the number so I should be good to go.

Haven't flown in 10yrs so sorry for all the questions.

Yup shoes will need to come off, atleast the last time I flew they did and that was in May this year.
Get there early. When we flew to Salt Lake City last year, during my return trip we got there about an hour before and oh boy it was a rough one. We had to run like hell to make it to the flight and we were lucky some good folks let us cut in the security checkpoint line.

Thanks again Willy.

What about cell phones? I do have a flight mode the kids say but I don't think I can use the phone.

I might be up to check this if not I will find out in due time.

Willy, U have my cell so U can text me, flight leaves (hopefully) @ 10:25 am & we are getting a ride to Tampa leaving @ 7am.

Thanks again everyone :ya:
