I got this from a good friend and I have to agree 100% with him.
I wish that Florida drivers knew what "hazard" lights are for. Heres a clue if you need them to drive in the rain your probably a "hazard" you should pull over and wait for the rain to stop

yeah but what lazy cop is going to get out of their car in the rain and give a ticket...

I see this all the time on my way home from work or on my way to work on I-95.
I see people going the speed limit and the hazards on because of rain.

In the rockies, there are a lot of long and steep grades on the highways. At the beginnings of these grades there are signs posted that slower traffic must use hazards. The big trucks really crawl over some of these grades and they can be ticketed for not using the hazards.
It's also illegal in FL to drive with the dome light on.
