We could make a note in the forum description (as well as a guideline inside that forum) that only questions of this nature will be allowed and all others will be deleted. If no questions than the builder, installer, etc would be the only one to keep it updated.
All installs, buildups, etc being posted in other forum areas will be moved to this new forum. These contributions are very valuable when it comes to sharing knowledge. JeepTalk is fortunate enough to have Members such as this.

If you don't fight for the trails, there won't be any trails to fight for.
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
Zig Ziglar
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling that thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." ....

I agree with this. Questions and other counter ideas to the person doing the build or install brings about even more than one way to do something and could only help.

Hmmmm, this is a Jeep Forum but I do see your point. I would say that if you build something out of scrap or whatever and it can be used on a Jeep I personally would not see a problem.
Can you be more specific.
If this becomes a go I guess the moderators would have to discuss the proper description to follow for this forum.

I see what you mean. It looks like this new forum will soon be in place.
There is a discussion going on now between moderators to establish certain guidelines and what you brought up with regards to non Jeep that could apply to Jeep is being talked about.

I also noticed that the Guidelines recently have been modified a bit more to be informal rather than formal. This is good in order to allow a bit of fun once in a while and at the same time cleaning it up when it does not apply any longer.
