Clean all of your fittings with brake cleaner, then spray desonex (atheletes foot spray) on the fittings, pump up the brakes and look for the desonex to get darker and thats your leak.

Mr. Rollbar,

I'm actually in need of this and was going to purchase a welder's leak kit that comes with the red dye and the white powerder spray. Don't need the dye right now because I want to know where my diff is leaking (not sure where on the cover or the actual pig) at the rear while oil is still in it.

Good trick, I think I have some spray foot powder. :2thumup:

Nice trick!
Does this only works with desonex (atheletes foot spray)? or any other brands will do?

Try the other off brands and do a full write up on it for us. Maybe we can save $.

I would think that anty spray powder would work. All you're doing is applying someting that will change color when fluidis applied to it.
