I just joined this fabulous Jeep Club, and am so looking forward to wheeling all over Florida. I'm from western New York, and the road my house is on looks like this most of the year:
http://i95.photobuck...fBriggsRoad.jpg
My name is C.J., and I'm named for my parents' CJ-7 they had while stationed at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. I'm a contractor/permanent student.
http://i95.photobuck...ny/PC181636.jpg
My undergraduate work is in biology and journalism, and I'm getting ready to take the GRE so that I can apply to graduate programs in library & information science. I have an wonderful, eight-month-old, black Labrador puppy named Piper (yes, after Piper aircraft). And I have a beautiful '06 TJ named Orangina (yes, after the drink), which is why I'm here:
http://i95.photobuck...ny/P7220768.jpg
In addition to my fondness for everything Jeep, I love Lucky jeans, the Florida Keys, reading, Chinese fire drills, and hockey (go Sabres!). I miss the rurality of upstate New York, so I am excited about exploring some of the more remote areas of South Florida. Thanks for making me feel so welcome here. I look forward to hanging out with you!

Thanks!!! This Jeep Talk is getting addictive, though. I've got to do some actual work instead of reading about lockers and winches, and looking at pictures of trail rides. :banghead:

Welcome to the dark side CJ, if you get too close you'll do like most and get truly addicted to the online "life" and start neglecting everything, be strong... No matter what you will surely enjoy the great group around here and the fun we all have together, looking forward to seeing you and Orangina out on the trails.
