There are a bunch of us around the Deerfield area... I think there may be a Gatorade night at a local bar soon, I might see if there is any interest in Muddy Waters after a small Saturday ride this coming weekend..

Dude, if you weren't one of the best guys on here, I would take that as an offensive statement! This is what I think you meant to say, After Jeep I am a Willy's man, after that I am a Kaiser guy, then waaaay down the road I go Dodge, then maybe ford..

it's dave & holly! we've met a lot of you at the holeylands and clewiston rides and were told we need to introduce ourselves. we've both been jeepin for a while, depending on your definition of 'jeeping.' my brother and i had an 83 cj that was built. we played with it up in the psl area (if any of you psl are folks remember Wahoo...it was built there). we wound up selling it because we didn't get to use it (actually, it was traded for a boat, but that's another story). a few years back, i bought a neglected yj with low pampered miles. we took it apart and rebuilt it to where it is now. it's still mostly stock, but still capable. there's a long list of planned upgrades...but they come at a pace that makes sense to us. holly started out in an 87 xj (which her mother still has as the extra vehicle to cart the dogs around...her primary is a new patriot...more on that later). i was the idiot that was wheeling alone in bear island back in may and got stuck...trt came and yanked me out...and we found ourselves to be members of the sfjc. so far, we're having a great time wheeling with those of you we're met before and looking forward to it with those we haven't yet.....
