Cool Tech TailGate Strut for the JK
It went on very easy and has all stainless steel parts and best of all it keeps the Tail Gate from hitting you when open!

So tell me, does it actually lock the gate for you without a push at the end?

For gates that are a bit off (imo) this is useless. :yahoo: I can see a heavy tire rack half way open and the gate trying to pop against it.

I see good posiblities for the Dolphin Mall. :2thumup:

From what I gather on the website, it just holds the gate open, like the struts for the rear window.
