OK. May 2-4th. Is that the date U want me to hold open w/the club? I can put it on our calender etc. W/a link here.

Let me know.

Found a Map of the area.

Note: The red "X" means that is the entrance point to the Forest.

P.S. The orange trails are all the good wheeling spots.

Thanks for letting us know. I'll get it put on the calendar for those that want to go. I have been waiting for a chance to get up there, so this could be it. Let me look at some calendars and all and I'll post soon, ok?

Thanks,

I may be across the pond that week (work). I'll have to check. Otherwise, I gotta say those pics of Citrus were inspiring.

Can someone post the camping details and directions? I will post it on our calendar, but I have never been there, so I'm completely clueless. Kent and I are planning to go at this point, but I can't give a definite answer until later next week.

Thanks,

Directions-expedia.com

Use this address, it is one minute form Holder Mine Campground which is located South of this adress & turn right on Trail 10 paved road & keep going to the dirt road & go a little further & U will see the campground on your right.

Address w/big parking lot.
Church of Christ building on the left
3875 S. Pleasant Grove Road = Hwy 581
Inverness, Florida 34452

"READ THIS"

This is NOT an organized event. No organized events are allowed in the forest so everyone is just camping etc. Get my drift when the ranger asks you.

Found a Map of the area.

Note: The red "X" means that is the entrance point to the Forest.

P.S. The orange trails are all the good wheeling spots.

So is Holder Mine Campground going to officially be the place we "are NOT meeting up" at? :2thumup: :nono: :good:

re. this being a family event, i am bringing my 7 & 9 yo kids... they are experienced campers and have witnessed enough grownup foolishness  , that even if it is NOT a family event, we will be fine.

i've been promising to take them wheeling :1thumb: , but unfortunately this is the first event in awhile that coincides with their week with me... hope it doesn't inconvenience anyone at this "unofficial" event.

SEE Y'ALL ON THE TRAILS! :1thumb:
i started out with nothing... and through years of hard work and perseverance still have most of it left! :~D
