I personally do not like the main bolts running down the frame sticking out like that. Also, for what I have put my TJ through, I don't think that plate is beefed up enough.
Make sure that you plan to do whatever it takes (taking consideration cost) in obtaining the correct pinion angle.
If you don't you will have a nice surprise in cost with getting it right to eliminate your nightmare from doing a flat plate.
