Accu Sump It works well in off camber situations (not in Florida, of course) to keep engine oil flowing.

HERE is a chart, diagram & information on how it works.

Actually, the best thing that has going for it iss the prestart lube. Get the oil up to pressure before starting, and you will eliminate wear by about 80%.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling that thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." ....

Back around 1992 or so the pre luber got big at the races, both drag and open road cars a friend used to build, both his cars need to survive as nothing he built was single purpose, or atleast he wanted them to be possibly practicle, and bulletproof..He built a car for the silver state that could run at insane speeds.. The idea is absolutly perfect, but I jsut remember back then the cost was right up around a grand or more.. but Ian is right and the facts are there, saving that amount of wear is just like adding that amount of life back.. I suppose on our apps this would be a top notch idea.. think about how many times over regular use that we stop and start and under what conditions. off camber, environment, etc...
Anyone got any other ideas where this migth be usefull... I know when people at our local dirt track in East Windsor ran pumps
